Rachel, MSW, is a therapist who works with adults and is deeply committed to helping others navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. Her approach is grounded in Compassion-Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with an emphasis on supporting clients in building a more accepting relationship with themselves while moving toward meaningful, values-driven change. Rachel has a gentle but honest style, creating a space where clients feel supported while also being encouraged to engage in deeper reflection and growth. She commonly works with concerns such as anxiety, self-worth, and relational difficulties, and strives to help clients feel both understood and empowered in their healing process.

Outside of her work, Rachel enjoys taking walks with her dogs and baking, which help her stay grounded and connected in her own life.
