Our Mental Health Treatment Options in Georgia

Our programs are aimed to be long-term and practical so that our clients can continue practicing the skills they’ve learned in real-time as they continue to receive support. We offer individual counseling, group therapy sessions, family programs, crisis intervention, and more, depending on the unique circumstances surrounding each person’s situation.

Our team is highly experienced in providing personalized outpatient mental health treatment that is tailored to meet the specific wellness goals of our clients, such as:

  • Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs): This comprehensive program provides intensive treatment for individuals needing stabilization from a severe mental health disorder. Treatment typically includes individual and group psychotherapy, medication management, and psychiatric evaluations. Our PHPs allow our clients to receive treatment during the day and return home in the evenings.

  • Daytime Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs): Our daytime IOPs are designed to provide intensive support for those transitioning out of residential care or partial hospitalization programs. Services include group counseling, individual therapy, psychoeducation, skills-building workshops, recovery coaching, and holistic therapies. Patients attend daily sessions during the week, allowing them time to work in the evenings or meet other commitments.

  • Evening IOP: Our evening IOPs offer the same level of care as our daytime program, with the flexibility for people to maintain daily commitments, such as work or school, while still receiving mental health treatment. Patients return home each evening after their nighttime sessions.

  • Outpatient Mental Health Treatment: Our outpatient program is the lowest level of care that we offer, allowing individuals to receive one session with a therapist and one group therapy session per week. We don’t admit clients directly into this level of care but utilize it as a step-down process once clients finish PHP or IOP.
